Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Tourflow account and the personal data associated with it from this page or from the app.
How to request deletion
Email hello@tourflowapp.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line Tourflow account deletion request.
If you cannot send the request from the same email address, include enough information for us to verify that you own the account before we delete anything.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise the personal data associated with your account, subject to the limited retention cases explained below.
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days. If we need more information or more time, we will let you know.
What we delete
This generally includes your account profile, authentication records, invitations tied directly to your account, and the personal data associated with your use of the service.
If you own workspace content, deleting your account may also remove artists, tours, days, and related records under your control. If you are only a collaborator on a shared workspace, deleting your account will usually remove your access while shared records needed by the workspace may remain with the owner or other authorised collaborators.
What we may retain
We may retain limited information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcing agreements, or preserving records required for shared workspace integrity.
Secure backup copies may also remain for a limited period before they are overwritten.
